1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and Personalisation
Aroā Australia sells personalised travel accessories made to order. Because each item is customised specifically for you, we ask that you carefully review all spelling, initials and personalisation details before submitting your order. We are unable to take responsibility for errors entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to screen display settings and the natural characteristics of our materials.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent, cancel orders placed under a pricing error, or limit quantities purchased per customer. In the event that an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued promptly.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We take care to ensure pricing accuracy, however errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before proceeding with production.
5. Production and Shipping
Personalised orders are produced within 2 to 3 business days before dispatch. Shipping timeframes vary depending on the selected delivery service and carrier performance. Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed once a parcel has left our facility.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@aroaaustralia.com, and we will resolve the issue as a priority. 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, designs and text, is the property of Aroā Australia and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aroā Australia is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered by customers, normal wear and tear of products, or misuse of products after delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
