At Aroā Australia, we take pride in every order we create and send. Our goal is for every customer to receive something beautiful, exactly as expected. If that isn't the case, we are committed to making it right.
Your Consumer Rights (Australia)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item has a major fault, is significantly different from the description, is unsafe, or cannot be used for its normal purpose. We will also repair or replace goods with minor faults within a reasonable timeframe.
Personalised Products
Each Aroā product is made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once production has commenced. Personalised items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty.
We ask that you carefully review all personalisation details, including spelling, initials and formatting, before completing your order. If you have any questions or would like guidance before placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We hold our products to a high standard. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@aroaaustralia.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess your enquiry promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind — Non-Personalised Items
Non personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@aroaaustralia.com. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds
Once a return has been received and assessed, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you are eligible for a return, you are welcome to place a new order once your return has been processed.
