At Aroā Australia, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our processing times, shipping rates and delivery expectations.
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. During peak periods such as holidays, sales or high-demand seasons, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Australian Shipping Rates
Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days) — $10 AUD Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days) — $15 AUD
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and commence from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping Rates
Standard International (5 to 9 business days) — $20 AUD Express International (3 to 6 business days) — $35 AUD
Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs processing times in the recipient's country.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please note that once a parcel is with the carrier, Aroā Australia is unable to take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs clearance processes. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Aroā Australia is not responsible for parcels that are undelivered or returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection. If a parcel is returned to us for either of these reasons, re-shipping costs will apply.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an international order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We understand how important your order is. If your parcel appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@aroaaustralia.com and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf as promptly as possible.
